Albion Stone are proud to be working with The MEMO Project on 'The Journey'.  It is a new £20.8m project to create a world-class visitor attraction on the Isle of Portland set in Albion Stone's spectacular Portland Stone mine tunnels some 17m underground.

The project will be based in the restored Bowers Quarry and Albion Stone are about to secure planning permission for the Link Mine between Bowers Mine and Jordan Mine. This will be used for 'The Journey', the underground part of the exhibition.

‘The Journey’ is a new partnership between MEMO, Albion Stone and the Eden Project, who will operate the site.  The biodiversity subject is destined to remain an important global issue into the long term and is exquisitely appropriate to the evolutionary story embedded in the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.
