Nova is a ground breaking, multi-faceted project due for completion in 2018. It will consist of residential, commercial and at ground level, retail space. Project Nova as a whole covers an area of 897,000 sq. ft. and is one of the largest mixed use regeneration schemes in SW1. This new development aims to create a new public realm and help grow residency in under developed Victoria. The project is seen as a milestone and marks the start of the journey for changing and the re-shaping of this prime location.

Victoria is seen as the next up and coming location in the capital, thus the whole of Victoria is undergoing considerable transformation and increased investment. Nova which was formerly known as the Victoria Circle therefore plays a key part in re-defining Victoria.
The strategic urban master planning for this ambitious new build is down to the successful collaboration between world renowned architectural practices: PLP Architects, Benson + Forsyth Architects and Lynch Architects.
