16 New Burlington Place is the new Head Quarters for The Crown Estate and is at the centre of one of London'€™s premier shopping and business destinations.  

New Burlington Place is part of the £500 million Regent Street redevelopment.   The offices are part of a striking 61,000 square foot mixed-use scheme.

Many of the key materials used are reflective of The Crown Estate'€™s property interests, including Portland Stone and oak.

It was designed with an energy efficient and environmentally conscious philosophy and is BREEAM certificated to an excellent level, achieving an environmental performance index of 10.

Albion Stone provided 85m3 of finished Bowers Basebed stone for the cladding on the project
