A new build, 7-storey, 4,200sqm high specification office development following the demolition of an existing five-storey concrete frame building with basement on Pulteney Street, in the historic heart of London'€™s Soho.  

The development is within a conservation area and there are several listed buildings in the close vicinity.

The new office development consists of six upper floors and a basement constructed of a combination of steel frame and concrete flat slabs. The elevations include pre-cast cladding, faced with Portland Stone to the front and glazed white bricks to the rear.
