Scope of Project:
Rainscreen and stone-on-precast cladding

Situated in a prominent location in the City, Foggo Associates developed detailed plans to encompass Portland Stone clad façades, to complement existing buildings and adhere to planning constraints, whilst creating an impressive building suitable for such a position.

The design team visited Albion'€™s Quarry and works to review the control samples prior to selecting Bowers Whitbed for its aesthetic characteristics.

Technical Data was then reviewed to ascertain the durability and a testing programme was established to ensure the best quality stone was used on the project.

Albion Stone manufactured the stone for the Columns in the Portland Factory, which were then transported to Malling Products Limited in Essex to be incorporated into a precast panel.
