Sheppard Robson designed this landmark contemporary building located on a major pedestrian route to and from Victoria Station. The nine-storey building is topped off by a dramatic curving roof at the north end, nick named the '€œbonnet'€.

The building, which adjoins the Apollo Theatre and replaces two existing structures, comprises 10,400m ² of office accommodation and storage over 9 floors and 1,780m ² of retail use at street and lower ground levels.

Albion Stone supplied Portland Bowers Basebed and Grove Whitbed in the form of handset column cladding combined with stone on precast lintels fixed on site by Szerelmey Ltd. The project was completed in 2009.
