Rainscreen and stone-on-precast cladding to Redevelopment and Extension so existing building

The redevelopment and extension to the Grade II listed BBC Broadcasting House was a major development in the heart of London'€™s West End which was undertaken in two phases.

The planning problems were extremely challenging as the site is surrounded by 14 listed buildings including the Grade I listed All Souls Church.

Bowers Roach, New Independent Whitbed and Bowers Whitbed were both supplied to Techrete for Stone on Precast panels & integration into the Mero Cladding System.   Albion Stone provided Bowers Roach, Bowers Whitbed and Independent Whitbed (combined), for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project.
