Scope of Project:
Traditional Cladding extension to additional floors

A major redevelopment of a ten storey office building. The works involved redevelopment behind a retained façade and the construction of an additional floor.

Known as One Lothbury and referred to as The Bank Buildings; this scheme involved the reconstruction of the former Bank of England owned building, incorporating a design produced by architect Fletcher Priest.

The building is a complete new build behind the existing Portland Stone façade, which was dismantled and reassembled.
