Secluded in a small cul-de-sac near the Ritz Hotel, Ryger House is a new multi-storey mixed-use development designed by Darren Bland Architects. Ryger House is based in the heart of St James, Westminster and has set new standards for London’s residential properties.

The building comprises of basement, ground and six upper floors; creating 6 seamlessly designed flats, plus one live/work area. Positioned at a high level on the market this residency aimed to evoke classic sophistication, consequently the material palette included Portland Stone. Internally, a carpet of rusticated Fancy Beach Whitbed Portland Stone makes up the ground and first floor elevation, contrasting with the use of our clean Jordans Basebed externally; Jordans Basebed is used for the more intricate stonework on window sills and residence balconies.
