Stone on Precast Cladding for Residential Project

This exclusive residency is positioned between Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The new build is in an ideal location within the UK’s capital and offers breath taking views of both historic parks from either side.

Internationally renowned architects Squire and Partners chose Portland Stone for the cladding of this prestigious building and transformed it into 3 new builds, with 6 storey residential blocks made up of 37 private units.

Portland Fancy Beach Whitbed and Portland Roach were chosen because of the contrast and variation of the Portland stone beds; rusticated stone for the lower floors and a cleaner stone for the upper floors. This distinction between the Portland stone beds amongst the windows, balconies and bronze detail bears a resemblance to an ivy leaf pattern. Overall, the building follows suit with the surrounding townscape and reflects it’s very green environment.
