The project was the redevelopment of the existing site into an office development over 6 floors utilising Portland Stone Cladding on all elevations. 

The architect specified Independent Whitbed for the main cladding element of the building with contrasting Shelly Roach panels on the ground floor and first elevations. 

Albion Stone supplied approximately 1,000 cubic metres of stone which was fixed on site by Albion Stone Masonry.
