23rd March 2016
Following from the Dorset Echo article http://goo.gl/ScGkpR.
The tour is being held on the 4th of June this year, the opening time is 8.30 and the last tour will be held 1 o’clock.
The tour will be taken by our mine manager Mark Gooden accompanied by Mark Ward and Tony Booker, the tours will take around 30 minutes with parties of up to 20 people.
The ground in the mine is rather uneven so we ask if you would mind wearing sensible shoes such as walking boots, wellingtons etc., but you must have a shoe that covers your toes.
The tour is free of charge but there will be donation bucket for a chosen local charity.
People are to park at the cricket club car park on Wide street just before ST George’s church, also opposite the sculpture park.
If you would like to visit our mine please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01305 860369
