The project includes 5 three storey townhouses which back onto Beaumont Mews, parallel to the main road.

Dixon Jones retained the 1930s elevation to Marylebone High Street as it reflects the style of its age and is dis-tinctive in the primarily Edwardian context of Marylebone High Street.

In contrast, the 1960s extension to the rear was of inap-propriate scale in Beaumont Mews so a new rear elevation with brick and Portland Stone was constructed.

Albion Stone provided 54m³ Bowers Basebed in the form of cills, window surrounds, copings, ashlars & quoins.
