Traditional Cladding to external Façade and Restoration of a Joining Building
5-6 St James's Square was a multi-faceted project; it entailed the refurbishment of the Grade II listed No.5 building and the re-development of No.6.
No. 6 comprised of 115,000 sq ft of grade A office space, 13 prestigious residential units, an art gallery and an underground car park whereas No. 5 is made up of 15,000 sq ft of refurbished Grade II office accommodation and involved stonework restoration. Portland stone was chosen in order for the two buildings to be sympathetic to the surrounding buildings.
