This exclusive residency is positioned between Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park.
Internationally renowned architects Squire and Partners chose Portland Stone for the cladding of these prestigious three new builds, with 6 storey residential blocks made up of 37 private units.
Portland Fancy Beach Whitbed and Portland Roach were chosen because of the contrast and variation of the Portland stone beds; rusticated stone for the lower floors and a cleaner stone for the upper floors. This distinction between the Portland stone beds amongst the windows, balconies and bronze detail bears a resemblance to an ivy leaf pattern. Overall, the building follows suit with the surrounding townscape and reflects it’s very green environment.
