Scope of Project:
New office development with roof terrace and private gardens.
10 Molesworth Street is located on the corner of Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street in Dublin. Albion Stone provided Murphy Stone with approximately 33m³ Jordans Basebed in the form of 1,000 stone fins, ‘U’ shaped quoins and piers. Techrete were provided with approximately 335m² Jordans Basebed spandrels.
The project comprises of 115,000 sq ft of modern Grade A office space over seven floors with generous roof terraces and private, landscaped gardens.
The double height entrance is framed in Portland stone and bronze detailing. The elevations are finished in a combination of handmade Coleford brick, Portland stone and full height, floor-to-ceiling windows incorporating finely honed stone fins.
Techrete were provided with approximately 335m² Jordans Basebed spandrels.
