Occupying a prominent corner site between Marylebone and Fitzrovia within the Harley street conservation area, this new development delivers luxury apartments and retail space, while elevating the architectural character of the neighbourhood.
The demolition of the existing 1980s red brick office block allowed for a design that respects and celebrates the area’s rich architectural heritage and traditions.
We supplied 1,000 m2 of Jordans Whitbed Portland stone to FP McCann who expertly crafted 121 Portland Stone clad precast concrete panels and window quoins.
The timeless Portland stone cladding provides a historic backdrop a contemporary façade, featuring bronze-framed bay windows and bespoke cast aluminium balustrades, inspired by Japanese porcelain.
Albion Stone, a fourth generation family business pride ourselves on having a helpful and skilled workforce as well as modern and traditional manufacturing process to enable us to produce the highest quality Portland Stone with minimal environmental impact.
