Portland Stone’s durability and natural beauty enhance the structure’s elegant design, while Albion Stone’s low carbon footprint of 44.7kgCO₂ per tonne supports the project’s ambitious sustainability goals.
This development spans multiple floors, merging residential, retail, and office spaces within a unified architectural language. The project’s meticulous attention to materials and efficient energy use reflects a commitment to achieving a BREEAM Outstanding rating, ensuring high environmental performance. Portland Stone’s use, due to its low emissions and longevity, aligns with the overall vision of creating a modern, environmentally responsible structure that respects its historical context.
