Chelsea Barracks will establish an entirely new neighbourhood within London’s most esteemed enclave.

Squire and Partners, with Dixon Jones and landscape designer Kim Wilkie, were selected by Qatari Diar to design the new Chelsea Barracks site.
Detailed planning consent for first phase of the redevelopment of Chelsea Barracks was granted by Westminster City Council in May 2014. The designs comprise three eight storey buildings, housing 74 properties designed to set a new global standard in urban living.

The residences, located on the north-western edge of the Chelsea Barracks site, will feature apartments, duplexes and four duplex penthouses enjoying views over Ranelagh Gardens and the River Thames.

Albion Stone provided approximately 16,000m2 of Basebed, Roach and Jordans Whitbed.
