Construction of a ten storey commercial office building
A major redevelopment of a 10 storey City office building. The works involved redevelopment behind a retained façade and the construction of an additional floor.
Known as One Lothbury and referred to as The Bank Buildings, this scheme involved the reconstruction of the former Bank of England owned building, incorporating a design produced by architect Fletcher Priest.
The building is a complete new build behind the existing Portland Stone facade, which was dismantled and reassembled.
