Scope of Project:
Redevelopment of internals and externals at a private house

The owners of this stunning property chose Portland Stone, forming a mixture of internal flooring, external paving and external cladding.
The property has undergone extensive redevelopment inside and out, incorporating the stunning natural views of the Surrey Hills.
Portland Stone was chosen due to its light colour, durability and availability, as well as it’s prestigious and extensive use throughout London. Over 250m2 of Portland Stone was used throughout this project.
Jordans Whitbed and Bowers Roach® were chosen for the contrast of clean to shelly for external cladding of the front porch.
Jordans Basebed was chosen because of it’s tight texture for the internal flooring in the hallway, bathroom and curved entrance staircase.
Heritage Portland Stone® was chosen for the external paving and swimming pool surround due to it’s excellent slip resistance.
